I have incredibly sensitive skin and was so excited when I saw that Stirling had an unscented aftershave splash. I was a little worried about the alcohol in the ingredients because I didn’t know if it would react well. When I opened the bottle, I noticed it did have a smell but once it dried, there was no smell. Usually when I shave, my skin gets really red and bumpy but this aftershave really prevented that. I do recommend this product to people with sensitive skin. By the way, the bottle has a spout for easy application which I didn’t know until I had opened the bottle. Great product and highly recommend.

It's the exact after-shave that I remember. Not as much menthol as I remember for sure... but effective for sure. I love it.

This aftershave does the job well, the menthol is quite refreshing, and there's no scent at all. My wife is highly sensitive to fragrances, and this aftershave meets her no-scent preference while also being highly effective for me.

I love the unscented. The smell from the ingredients fades away very quickly, allowing it to be used with any other scent you choose. I am a big fan of the menthol as well. It was the perfect amount of cooling.

The unscented aftershave is an absolute godsend for fellow cologne samplers or variation enjoyers. Getting in a clean shave with a splash of aftershave and not having to worry about the scent clashing with your cologne is great!

Matching the aftershaves with the soaps is fun, but sometimes you want a non-specific finish. Face just feels great after applying. It does have a mild scent of alcohol, so if that bothers you, I'd suggest regular or no menthol.

Simply awesome stuff if you don’t have a matching aftershave’s this will fix the situation no worries at all .

I've tried various unscented aftershave products but knew when I tried Stirling's I'd found a winner. I purchased both the plain sample and a full bottle of the regular menthol. The plain sample is truly unscented - whatever light scent is there from the ingredients is gone in about 30 seconds. The regular menthol is the one I settled on and will buy again once I run out. It's got just the right amount of burn and freeze. The menthol does add a scent but that's gone in about 2 minutes which works perfectly for me. After 2 minutes, I can apply my scent of the day and there's no clashing with my aftershave.

This Aftershave really completes my shaving experience. I was looking everywhere for an unscented aftershave with alcohol and menthol with no luck until I came across Stirling and now I can finally say I've found my go to aftershave! It also comes in a beautiful glass bottle too so the aftershave really feels very luxurious. 10/10 very happy customer.

I just got my order for the Unscented Regular Menthol Aftershave and just finished shaving and the Regular Menthol Aftershave left a great post-shave feel.

I shaved with the Glacial Wintergreen and even though I purchased the Glacial Unscented Aftershave on this order, I didn't want to get frost-bitten!

I would definitely recommend the Mentholated Unscented especially for those who like mentholated products.

Personally, there are several scents from Stirling that I like, but my wife isn't a fan. The solution? Get the unscented splash and add just a touch of cologne that both I and my wife enjoy. Perfect!

Add a little menthol and you don’t need anything else. Simple. Perfect.

There is a slight menthol and witch hazel scent that can't be helped, especially since I opted for extra menthol, but it doesn't last very long and allows whatever fragrance I choose for the day to shine through.

If the scent of your shave soap is one you really like, how about giving it the appreciation it deserves by following it up with this aftershave? You get two features-the aforementioned soap scent, backed up by the clean freshness a Stirling aftershave brings. I'd say that's a very good personal hygiene plan. Found the right combo! I’m very new to wet shaving. It’s been almost a year. Starting to collect a small shave then of all kinds of soaps, razors and aftershave balm‘s. In the past using any kind of aftershave splash would irritate my skin even more so I haven’t tried it until recently. The first aftershave splash I bought was the Gatlinburg, end it was way too strong smelling for my wife. I love the smell, just can’t wear it around her. So now I can use the soap that I like, and that scent is just strong enough for me, and still use the aftershave that works for me and my skin and wifey won’t kick me out. I have sensitive skin, and my hair swirls. This is exactly what I have been looking for, goes on nicely and gives a clean refreshing feeling.
I added menthol, but it treats my face nicely. It is the first thin I put on my face after a shave.

Much better than competing products at twice the price

I've never understood why there weren't more unscented aftershaves on the market. I can think of at least two common situations where an unscented aftershave is much preferred: (a) if you're wearing cologne, or (b) if you're shaving at night and are married (wives tend not to like the bedroom reeking of fragrance while they're trying to get to sleep - at least mine LOL). I got to thinking a while ago that what the world needed was a formulation of alcohol, witch hazel, aloe, glycerin, and menthol - basically, all the things you need for a nice stingy, soothing, cooling aftershave splash, just without a scent. Not only was I unable to find ANY products that fit this description, but I wrote to three companies that make aftershaves and suggested it, and no one was particularly interested. Then I found this product - and this is precisely what I already had in mind!! I ordered 2 bottles from Maggards without the menthol (already arrived) and 2 bottles from Stirling directly with the menthol (coming soon). I've gotten three shaves in with the non-menthol version and it is GREAT. imho this product gives you everything you need to finish off a shave and get on your way, while leaving you completely in charge of whether you want to add a cologne or just go scentless for the day. It does smell like rubbing alcohol (which I guess is what it is), but that only lasts for about a minute - after that, you are completely scentless. I wish this came in a bigger bottle of, say, 6 or 8 ounces, and/or in a 10 pack at a volume discount price - either way, I'd purchase it. I'll probably get around to ordering some of the scented Stirling offerings one of these days, but this product is a great baseline product to start with and I have a feeling it may become my go-to AS splash.
