The black cherry aftershave is really nice and has just the right amount of cherry essence that's not over powering. I'll definitely be buying more.

Stirling simply has stuff no one else has. A black cherry shave soap with a matching aftershave is 110% unique. I love the shave soap for its natural smelling aroma and performance. The aftershave was a bit of a leap of faith for me, but glad I took it. I had visions of smelling like cough syrup or the lip balms teenage girls wear. Please note, I have no menthol in mine. When you first apply the aftershave the stronger cherry and alcohol note may make you feel like you just dove headfirst into a cherry cordial. The drying down is where it settles down and to me smells very natural, clean, & adult. It really doesn't scream "CHERRY". It is not cloying, but it doesn't exactly fade into the background of one's palette either. I could see it interfering if one wanted to apply an EDC later. The soda comparison is definitely there for me, but it lacks soda sweetness which is good. Fruitiness is there, but not like strongly feminine scents. I believe it could be an all-weather, unisex scent. That being said, I think for some it could be divisive. it is noticeable, unique, and without comparison. I can't say "It smells like X cologne." Feedback from family and bystanders has been positive. If you don't want your fragrance to be a convo. starter or think your body chem won't like such scent profile, you may wanna pass - but really consider giving a sample a shot. You just may really, really like it. Finally, if you are over 45 and were born in Philly, you will most likely remember Frank's Black Cherry Wishniak. Many consider it the best black cherry soda of all time. After I shave with the black cherry soap, and the matching aftershave dries down, I sense the essence of that childhood beverage that I find very comforting. YMMV.

I purchased the Glacial Black Cherry Aftershave to go with the Glacial Black Cherry Shave Soap.

The Shave soap has a great scent and the Glacial Menthol leaves my skin feeling great.

I can say the same for the Aftershave as well. Really nice post shave feel.

I had to go back and see if Stirling sold a Black Cherry post shave balm (Glacial or non-glacial), but didn't see that. I just substituted the Glacial unscented post shave balm. All together, a great shave!

I love this stuff.
My wife hates anything cherry flavor, so I use this just for fun to please myself after a shave, sipping coffee on a Saturday morning.
It fades quickly to undetectable, however, it did get a complement standing in line at mr pickles deli about 3 hours after a shave. I was surprised because it was totally gone to me.

A great scent reminiscence of black cherry soda. It is not super sweet. I would enjoy it more if it was just a touch less subtle. Scent lasts the majority of the day.

I bought the Black Cherry soap and enjoyed the scent so much that I decided to give the splash a shot. I added Menthol to it and I think that gave the scent a cough drop smell. I can smell the cherry scent but the menthol is kinda overpowering it, I think. Next time I order some more of this splash I won't add Menthol to it even though I enjoy the cooling sensation. Hopefully, that was the issue.

I use the black cherry after shave splash in conjunction with the black cherry shave soap. I was pleasantly surprised how long the scent lasts and would definitely repurchase this product.

If you are going to have the soap, you need the matching aftershave. The scent on this one last time without being overpowering. I say it all the time it performs like you would expect when it comes from these guys and gals!

This is a smooth sweet smelling cherry scent. Leaves your skin feeling fresh and tight. The scent lasts a long time and I find myself wearing it without cologne for a light sweet scent that lasts the majority of the day

the scent has an artificial essence to it that I just couldn't get past. I have tried several other splashes from Stirling and love the performance, but would recommend other scents over the black cherry.

Shave sent is way to strong!

I love this stuff! The scent on this splash is unbelievable. I feel like drinking a Dr. Pepper Cherry after using it. Plus the scent last as long time. The shaving soap pars great with it. I will never go without Black Cherry in my life. Defiantly a re-order. Great job Rod!
