I Don't care for the scant. But it feels good on the skin and works good as a pre- electric shave.

Im sure this is good stuff but the tea tree oil scent is hard to get past for me.Itll still get used .

These are the exact ingredients I am looking for in my post shave tonic. Love it. Make sure you are familiar with tea tree oil before buying. It is sort of an earthy and perhaps medicinal scent. It is a natural antimicrobial, perfect for after a shave.

This product is very good on the face after a shave sooths & protects

It kind of smells like a landscapers garage which is really weird out of context but the smell does fade and the tea tree really adds a nice feel to the face. I was using Thayers better but this is much better

This scent isn't for me. I do not like it at all, it's actually repulsive to me. However, the after-effects on my skin are amazing. The scent thankfully (for me at least) wears off quickly. I hold my nose, splash it on, and breathe through my mouth for a minute to avoid the scent as much as possible. I do love how it leaves my face feeling smooth -- but all of the witch hazel products sold here do that as I own others.

I wish I could send this back for a something different. Not my cup of "tea."

I won't try to tell you tea tree oil has a pleasing scent. But my skin loves the stuff even more than lavendar. I'm using this along with the tea tree shaving soap and my face is very happy. The scent is not really strong and does not hang around.
If you want to wear a cologne it won't interfere.

NOTE! Just a heads-up, this is a thin liquid and not a balm like you might be used-to.

I've had really sensitive skin (and a job that insists I shave daily) for a while. Not even the "sensitive skin" balms sold in stores have helped. But this, in conjunction with the alum block, has made all the difference. After less than a week of use, I was razor-burn free. I've needed this for years.

I'm not super fond of the scent, but that's subjective. I'm sure the tea tree oil helps the overall skin-conditioning, so I'll be getting this again.

Witch hazel? Check.
Aloe? Check.
Tea tree oil? Check.

I was looking for an aftershave that didn't focus on alcohol being the astringent, witch hazel was the first thing that came to mind. It is more gentle on the skin while also acting as toner. Whereas the aloe and tea tree oil provide those essential ingredients that help repair your skin. The tea scent isn't overpowering and your face feels amazing afterwards.

It, along with a balm, also doesn't overpower any of the shave soaps being used from here. My wife often says "You smell clean AND nice", with the latter referencing whatever soap I'm using.

This is THE best thing that I have ever used after a shave. It has all the things you need to heal & keep your skin in great shape. I also use it after the shower. It has the standard tea tree oil scent that goes away fast. You will notice that the ingredients list DOES NOT look like a crazy science project & I like that. Your face will love you for using this. I realize people use this as a post shave balm, but I got this for my wife to use on her face (no she doesn't shave). She applies this after washing her face a night and enjoys it.

What more could you ask for post shave? Tea tree is very good for healing the skin and witch hazel is the same. Very good for acne proned skin or if you want a nice soothing aftershave if you had a rough shave possibly and you don't want to feel that alcohol burn. I love splashing this at night post shower or really with any shave soap. It's not that strong scent wise in tea tree (which I kinda was hoping would be a bit stronger) but it feels very good on the skin and it pairs with a lot of soaps.
