I picked up the the bath, shampoo, and conditioner bar. It's very Bergamot forward and has a musty smell to it. I am very happy with the scent. My girlfriend loves the masculine scent of it. She just wish it had the clean citrus scent of Baker Street instead of being musty. And that is a very valid point. I'm still super happy with the scent though.

More importantly, this is definitely some of the best soap I've ever used. My skin and hair feel amazing. And I'm very confident that these bars are going to last much longer than the liquid soaps I previously been using. I ended up cutting them into four smaller cubes. I use a chunk of the bath soap to wash my hands at the sink. And A little goes a long way.

This is a regular for me. I try to use this with the Sandpiper Conditioner but sometimes the Soap I’m currently on doesn’t run out at the same time the conditioner I’m on runs out so I could be using a different Soap/Conditioner combination for a period of time but when the stars line up and both the soap and conditioner are the same, well, what can I say but thats when I’m truly living the Sandpiper dream.

This soap leaves your skin feeling amazing and the scent is great. Now my wife wants me to order her some 🤣

Sandpiper soap gave me the confidence to live my best life. One wash and I was performing heroic acts of bravery so heartbreakingly beautiful that no news outlet dared to pick up the story out of fear they couldn’t do it justice. Yeah. It’s that good.

Let me tell you about the plot twist in my bathroom cabinet. When I first pulled Stirling's Sandpiper Bath Soap out of my subscription box, I gave it the standard "new soap sniff" without much expectation. Five seconds later, I was frantically googling "How expensive is YSL La Nuit de l'Homme?" because surely this bar couldn't smell THIS good.

What really sets this soap apart is how the scent develops during your shower. Unlike those grocery store "men's" soaps that smell like they were created by someone who thinks all men want to smell like pine trees getting struck by lightning, Sandpiper evolves into a complex, masculine fragrance that isn't trying too hard. The base notes of vetiver and caraway add depth without veering into "I bathed in cologne" territory.

This has a very lavender, soapy scent to my nose (which isn't bad for a soap!). I also get also a hint of the bergamot and cedar. This scent is light, floral, and clean.

I'm giving this 4/5 stars because I'm not much of a florals guy when it comes to fragrance, but if that's your thing then you're going to love this soap.

Without fail, this is my go to bar. While Stirling has discontinued several scents I absolutely love (Agar, Carmichael, Faskally, Oro Valley), they have kept Sandpiper which I now get with every order. I always try something new, but this one is a staple. As a fan of YSL La Nuit, Sandpiper does have the heart of the fragrance, while also remaining unique in its own right. Definitely recommend as a smooth, elegant scent that will not offend or disappoint.

I have about 8 favorites, this is one of them. Great soap! I will continue to be a regular customer.

Stirling is exceptional. This is a high quality tallow based soap. The number of delightful scents is abundant, perhaps more than any other artisan. The variety of product is wonderful too. I like how they recycle card board boxes, shredding them to use as packing material. In the end, this is a high quality product at a great value. Huzzah, Stirling.

I am finally almost finished using the last soaps order i made on Stirling Soap Co. unfortunately over 2 years ago. And Sandpiper is one of the scents i wanted to try. And my desription of the scent i can't do a description, i'm kind of a dense brained person. I will say this Sandpiper scent is nice and not a reminder that i'm trying to be a hippy or a woodsy smelling man.

The Sandpiper scent has a nice not overpowering smell off my body. And an odd to me compliment, question thing "oh is that nice smell a body spray?" from a store's checkout lady, has made me even more confident Sandpiper will be on my favorite scents list from Stirling Soap Co.

Haven't smelled the scent it's inspired by, but this one succeeds on its own marits. Big fan of the scent. It doesn't linger long after showering.. but it's soap, I wouldn't expect it to.

I've been using Stirling body wash for about a year and decided to buy a bar after using one of the soap bar samples included with my previous orders. To my utter lack of amazement, the bar soap turned out great too. Lathers and cleans very well and doesn't dry my skin out at all.

Might have converted from body wash back to the bar.

I picked this one up because I am a fan of Sandlewood. Didn't think it would turn out the way it did with this bar. The first time I used it, I came out of the master bathroom and my girlfriend dropped her book to her lap, looking at me she asked which bar of soap was that!!!???!!! OMG that is the smell I have been waiting for! Please tell me you bought this in the shaving soap and the EDT!!??!! So when I order more soap 🧼 this one will go into the cart. The scent is old school spice and woodsy to us. Warm and inviting not overpowering at all. Top notch this one is.

This soap is absolutely fantastic, and is exactly what I was looking for. This will have you and your bathroom smelling absolutely amazing.

I've always been one to use liquid soap as I never liked the feeling that bar soap gives me. You know when you rub your hands on your body after rinsing your bar soap lather off and it just sticks? It's not smooth and feels like rubbing your hand against something slick and suctiony. I was hoping this natural soap wouldn't do that but unfortunately it still does, so if you wanted it to feel different from a normal bar it won't. At least is smeels refreshing and wonderful but I personally won't be ordering again.

Im not sure what beach this smells like, but its not the one I grew up on. The smell is good, but not long lasting. Ill probably pass on this one next time.

One whiff of this soap at my friends house and I was sniffing around their bathroom to find it in the shower! This scent immediately took me back to a semester I spent abroad in Australia scuba diving, surfing, and skydiving! I might smell like an Australian man now but this soap takes me back to the beach with every shower! Lathers great too and very moisturizing! I do keep it on a soap drain in the shower because it will get very soft if it sits in a puddle but it lasts a long time!

When my parents came to stay my father loved it so much he left with a couple bars too! LOVE this soap!

I’ve been buying from sterling for less than a year, and I can say I’ve liked all of the soaps I’ve received so far. Sandpiper is far and away my favorite though. I can’t begin to describe the scent, but it just hits all of the senses in the right way. The bathroom smells great all day and the wife loves it too. Buy this, you won’t regret it!

I have been a Stirling fan and customer for a long time. I have never had any issues with any of the products or with the people that work at or own the company.

This soap has a light clean scent. I'm no good at describing things especially scents. Its sweet but not sweet, its musky but not musky. It is my perfect scent, there are so many good scents here at Stirling and this instantly became my top scent. I literally want to have candles, laundry detergent, car fresheners all in this scent. A bit of a story below that may explain why I like it so much...

I just opened and used Sandpiper for the first time. I nearly wept. At first I was like double u tea eff. Then my slow working conscious caught up with my subconscious. The scent transported me back 25 years and the days I spent at one of my favorite places to be, the beaches of LBI, NJ.

Days spent body boarding, surfing, hanging out with strangers that turned into good friends. Nights spent sleeping on the beach anticipating the first waves of the day. It was a different life, a better life, a different me.

The Sandpiper scent is great. The soap itself foams up well and rinses clean. Just bought another three bars.

I have also tried the shaving soaps. They are super slippery!
