Scent Description: A drive through the Ozark Mountains in fall is the best way to describe this scent. It is woodsy, spicy, and absolutely the closest fragrance we have found to replicating the aroma of the Ozarks.

I've tried many different body lotions.
I like stirlingsoap's Ozark Mountain body lotion for its moisturising properties and how well it adheres to the skin.
And the fragrant smell lasts all day.
I think I made a very good choice because it protects my skin and I shower often, so I will continue to order it in the future.

Where Michael sees the bag in the fridge labeled "Bird Inside, Do Not Open" ("I don't know what I was expecting").. that's this for me. They told me this smelled like a dank wet forest floor and I figured, "Well, I'm sure it just has the vibes of dank dirt and leaves and actually smells great". No, it literally smells exactly like what they said it would, so this one is my fault. This lotion is a little thinner than the others I've gotten from Stirling, not sure if it became unstable from the heat/during delivery or what, but it makes it shoot out of the pump like a rocket, so at least it's an adventure.
TL;DR - exactly as advertised, I'm a dummy/should have known better.

Great lotion. I’ve never been to the ozarks but this smells exactly like what I think it would, somehow. You guys nail your scents it’s awesome.

I GREW UP IN THE OZARKS ON THE MISSOURI SIDE. NICE PRODUCT. TO ME THE FRAGRANCE OF OZARK MOUNTAIN IS SIMILAR TO WHAT I WOULD EXPECT WHEN SMELLING A LATE FALL/ EARLY WINTER POTPOURRI. I REALLY LIKE THE EARTHY COMBINATIONS STIRLING CREATES. THE LOTION IS A LITTLE THICKER TEXTURE WISE THAN WHAT YOU MIGHT EXPECT FROM A BIG BOX STORE PRODUCT. DEFINITELY DON'T FEEL GREASY OR SLICK AFTER ABOUT 1 MINUTE. THE FRAGRANCE SEEMS TO HANG AROUND QUITE A WHILE WHICH IS ALSO NICE.

Can't get enough of this smell, I use it nearly everyday and competes nicely with other lotions.
