I love this, it pair well with a Glacial style aftershave and feels awesome, I hope to see other beard balm fragrances giving the Glacial treatment.

I have tried many brands and scents of beard balm, but none come close to this one. The scent is heavy on the lime and very pleasant, while the menthol creates an amazing cooling sensation that lasts for 30-60 mins depending on how damp your beard was when applied. The scent fades with the menthol so it isn't like a cologne or anything that will stick around all day.

The balm itself works great for me as well. I apply it after every shower and sometimes in the morning before work (after soaking the beard first) and my skin underneath is always well hydrated because of it. If I skip a day or two, the skin under the beard might get itchy or sensitive, but the balm fixes that quickly and my face is happy for another full day.

I agree with the other review - please add menthol to more balms!

I've bought three tubs of beard balm from Stirling so far, and this one is my favorite.

I sport a moustache primarily, so a 2 oz tub goes a long way for me. I use Stirling shave soaps and have already purchased Margaritas in the Arctic in that saponical configuration, so I knew what I was getting to scent-wise. It's a limey scent with the dry sort of astringency of tequila in the background, I like it.

What really does it for me though is the menthol. I was surprised by how long it lasted; after applying it builds over 5 or so minutes, then slowly decays for about an hour. It's a really neat feeling, and a great way to cool things down for whatever reason. If I find myself touching the moustache too much for instance, I'll grab a bit of this and it scratches the itch so to speak.
