Scent Description: You make decisions and stand by them. You give orders and expect them to be immediately followed. You walk into a room and all eyes are on you. You are the Executive Man. If confidence in a $2,000 suit could be bottled, this is what it would smell like. Inspired by (but not affiliated with) Creed Aventus.
Ingredients: Aqua (Distilled Water), Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) Left Juice, Cetyl Stearyl Alcohol & Polysorbate 60 (Emulsifying Wax), Parfum (Fragrance), Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, (Vegetable) Glycerin, Myristyl Myristate (Co-Emulsifier), Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Phenoxyethanol & Caprylyl Glycol & Sorbic Acid (Optiphen Plus), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Stearic Acid, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Allantoin.
NOTE: Due to the ingredient Allantoin, this product may exhibit white specks. This does not affect the performance of the balm and the white specks are fully absorbed when applied to the skin. Allantoin is an additive that helps heal wounds and stimulates the growth of healthy skin tissue.

Customers praised this post-shave balm for being "non-greasy" and absorbing quickly while providing excellent moisturization. Many loved the sophisticated scent, calling it "amazing" and "wife approved." However, some reported inconsistent scent strength, with several noting it was "almost non-existent" or didn't match the soap. The balm effectively soothes skin and reduces irritation.

Great company, great products
This company gets the fine art of giving yourself a great shave right.
The product works as intended. I usually squeeze a two pea sized amount out and it covered my face and neck. Your hands and face will not be greasy after.
Will continue being a customer from Canada.
The first post shave balm from Stirling I tried, I like the scent and the balm is thicker than others I have tried but absorbed quickly and leaves my skin moisturized with the least irritation of all the brands I have tried.
Works great lathers easy real slick and great skin hydration.
When Rod said that the original formula for Executive Man was going away due to supplier issues, I jumped on the chance to get the original scent in the balm. I am surprised others did not do the same. It smells amazing. Hoping the new formula is just as good or better. My favorite Stirling scent.
Best shave balm I’ve ever used!
Executive Man is hands down Stirling's best scent. This aftershave balm goes on great and is especially good for the drier winter months. It really soothes the skin after a close shave with Stirling soaps. I love it.
Absolutely hands down the best scents you could ask for! Long lasting and definitely worth the money !
Come on guys, you can buy a scent that you thinks Rocks. Then the wife gets a whiff of you, chokes, and says, “what is that smell?” You know in an instant you will be giving that product away. Well, I am 3 for 3 with Stirling and Executive man’s smell is the top of the list. I will review the other two separately… (hint: Sandalwood, & Pharaoh’s Dreamsicle) Wife approved….She actually likes this scent. So, for now, I am an Executive smelling man. Great price, great shipping, and best of all, great scent. Get some!!
Used it after I shaved and let me tell you it’s smells real good. Will buy other scents I bought other products from this company and I do not regret it. In the future will be buying different items cause they have reasonable prices that I love. Thank you so much and have a blessed day.
Man, I love me the dickens out of Stirling, but the balm is a bit of a miss for me. For starters, it doesn’t rub in and absorb in a way I hope it would, like Nivea does. If you like how it performs that way, a little goes a very long way.
Secondly, to my nose, there really isn’t a scent at all. It’s so light that I’m taking the Arkadia balm out of my cart for my next purchase- I’ll use this basically like its unscented. No point in having multiple kinds.
Now, I can tell like any Stirling product it’s going to nourish the skin well, but the viscosity and lack of scent makes this a product that is unlikely to be a “go to”.
The performance of this balm is phenomenal. Good job sterling sending me a shave balm sample, and then getting a sale out of it.
I like executive man, have tried the bath, shave and now even the same of shampoo. This balm smells nothing like it! I smell a very faint musk, with a big smack of aloe.. thats about it. I have experienced similar scent issues with other Sterling products. I guess this happens with hand made items using natural ingredients.
Products do always work nicely though.
Matches the soap and aftershave pretty well. Makes my skin so soft after a good shave.
3rd bottle I bought. Love the products, company, what they stand for, and local?! This last one the scent was off and my wife even noticed and asked if I changed scents. Maybe bad batch but will try again. Keep at it Stirling!
Yumm... that is exactly what my wife has to say about this frag. The cologne, shave soap, and AS are amazing. The AS splash feels amazing and soothing!!! Can wait to try more
Almost neutral perfume non-existent! I think it's a production mistake!
Someone totally forgot to put the scent in this one, it probably smells like a batch of balm, before adding essential oils, not even a hint of Executive Man splash, I mean you'll NEVER ever think that the splash and the balm meant to smell same.
Same as Piacenza, but Piacenza has a drop of oil in it, exactly 1 drop per ton...
Very disappointed in both :(
Anyway, splash performs so good that there's no need in balm anymore.
Love the scent and very soothing balms. What’s not to like!
Brother introduced me to DE shaving and Stirling. Alum block is a must for any wet shaver. Tightens up the face and provides feedback. Eliminates any weepers and soothes the skin. Perfect size and shape.
The balm is soothing to the skin. A little goes a long way. Smells great. Fresh and clean. Lasts a long time but isn’t over the top strong. Great value.
Very soothing after your shave. I also use it as a normal facial lotion after showering. I would definitely recommend. Also nice scent.
I've got pretty sensitive skin, and I'm new to wet shaving, which usually adds up to an irritated face. I'm tried aftershaves but they always seem to be more of an irritant than an asset.
My wife absolutely loves the Executive Man soap scent. So when she saw there was a balm of the same, she ordered it for me. I was worried that the two together would be overpowering. Then when I got it and smelled it, I was worried it would negate the soap scent.
Neither is true. This balm complements the soap so well in scent, as attested by the fact that my wife randomly smells my face 4-5 times a day when I shave. And it's extremely soothing to my skin after a good shave. If you like the soap, I'd highly recommend getting the balm.
I ordered the Executive Man shave soap and balm. The soap is fantastic but I get virtually no scent at all from the balm. The scent is weak to the point of not being there at all. Would not recommend or buy another balm based on this experience. Unfortunately I cannot buy the aftershave splash as I am outside the US. It's disappointing as the scents from the shave soaps are so strong, I expected the balm to have similar strong scent.
This post shave balm makes my just shaved face feel great. It had a pleasant and not overpowering scent which I’ve received many compliments about. I will purchase more of this balm as needed.
This balm will give your face that executive feel you deserve after a nice shave. The scent is mild but sophisticated. Sort of reminds me of the Stirling Glastonbury scent, another favorite.
Stirling after shave balms are the bomb. My favorite scent is the Glastonbury but Executive Man's my wife's favorite, so guess which I wear most often. I always use the balm with the aftershave. I don't put them on one at a time, but rather I squeeze about an inch worth of the balm into my palm and then shake some after shave splash into my palm also. I rub my palms together to combine the two and apply to my face, my whole face and not just the part I shaved. The scent lasts for hours and so does the smile on my wife's face.
One of my favorite scents thus far, truly does smell like an expensive cologne! The balm itself works great and is non-greasy. Prior to trying this, I struggled with dry skin and razor burns but Stirling's Balm has ended both of those.
This shaving balm is very effective against shaving irritations, also has a really remarkable scent and is similar to Creed's Aventus.
I'm really happy with the purchase
Stirling's post shave balm is an amazing lotion that leaves your face feeling smooth and hydrated all day. I like that it dries within just a few minutes and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or oily.
Really a great product, I've found myself using it daily even if I didn't shave that day. Since I've started, my dry facial skin issues have vanished.
The shave balm leaves my face feeling sticky...even when a very small amount is used. the scent is great but the stickiness is disappointing.
