Great scent.

I love all of the Stirling products and this was no exception! I love the way that the product cleans my hair to a T and squeaky clean to boot! The smell is amazing and makes me feel GOOD..

A nice scent! The coconut and lime are very present but it doesn't smell overpowering or artificial. Reminds me a lot of a Pina colada haha.

Definitely on the sweeter/fruiter side so if you don't like that I'd avoid this one.

I received a sample of this with a shave soap/aftershave order. I've never used anything like this actually. I'm usually a big name shampoo sort of guy...Redkin, Paul Mitchell and Nioxin(getting older...the herd is thinning a bit). All that said, I was definitely skeptical of this, sort of thinking it was probably gonna leave my hair either greasy or dry. I'm actually pretty blown away by the results. The scent is a little faint but still present and pleasant. It lathers very well. And feels good during use. While washing out it leaves my hair feeling very waxy...this is why not a 5th star. I'm not sure why that is and I'm not 100% sold on that yet. That isn't the "clean" feeling I'm used to. All that said, the ingredient list is...how do I say...INCREDIBLE!!! And contains all that is needed to clean(sodium hydroxide...lye) and more than enough to hydrate and nourish. Really this should be 5 stars...but I'm holding back because of my undecidedness of that waxy biz in the rinse. But, I do intend to buy a bar and put into my rotation of cleaning products. I would recommend this product for daily use for those that want a healthy alternative to chemically products...it doesnt get any better than that ingredient list. So my shampoo was running out and I was doing that thing where you add water to the bottle to get one more wash out of it. After a few days of that and to busy/lazy/forgetful to get another bottle, I decided to rummage through my closet for this soap gift basket that I got at work last year. It had a shampoo bar in it so I gave it a go. I was impressed, but the peppermint smell was weird. I liked the idea of a shampoo bar, so I ordered one from Stirling because I use their aftershave. I'm using it now and it's a great thing. It lathers really well and squeeks when you rinse. My hair looks better than it has in years. I'll admit ,I haven't spent more than $1.19 for shampoo ever, but I'm a convert. I wont elaborate on the scent because its coconut and lime and that's exactly what it smells like.
