Another great soap from Stirling. As usual, the soap itself is top quality base and the Rambin' Man scent is fresh and clean, very pleasant.

The soap base is typical top notch Stirling quality, the fragrance is something like cherry candy. Not my style but I bought this for my wife and she loves it, all is good for me.

This smells so good. All of the soaps are amazing. Scents are strong but not over powering. Nice large solid bar ! Good bang for your buck ! Skin is soft and well moisturized. Nice creamy lather. Will be getting these again !

So as Stirling Soap does, I received this scent, Black Cherry in my order as a free sample bar of bath soap. Thank you very much. Now, Black Cherry is my favorite ice cream flavor, so naturally I was just over the moon about the free sample. And well, I just had to try it right away, like a child. So I used it BEFORE I went to bed. This turned out to be a bit of a distraction for me lol. As per there soaps are, it is absolutely wonderful and refreshing in the shower. However I laid down in the bed (I sleep with a fan on) and I couldn't fall asleep! My entire bed room smelled of a blissful Black Cherry that had my mind racing of goodies, I wanted to indulge in!! LoL. Each time I moved, I intensified the aroma! And the more I moved about in the bed, the more I thought of goodies, thus, the longer it took me to drift off to sleep....and I totally blame this scented soap! What will be in my next order of bath soaps you ask...why Black Cherry of course!

OUT OF BOX – Nice and pungent smell - classic factory Black Cherry smell. Very enjoyable and fun.
APPLICATION – Smooth application. The scent while in use is more subtle than OOB, but consistent and still nice while showering.
PERMEANCE – The smell on the body is about 20% power and lasts about an hour. The smell in the bathroom is about 40% power and last about 36 hours.

S.O.A.P Review Score: 7/10 - While a fun smell, it doesn't particularly fit my profile, so I won't be buying it again.

i barely write reviews so this is a testimony, my mom had major breakout near her eyebrows and all around dry skin which nearly aged her, she was a heavy dove and caress user until i switched her over to Stirling because i liked how it worked for me, needless to say stella has gotten her grove back because it brought my moms skin back a few years and im truly happy and so is she!

This smells exactly like black cherry Kool aid. Its one of my favorite flavors but it's just not a favorite scent for me.

I have too many expensive ($4/oz and up) shaving soaps. Most of them perform just fine and many of their scents are just outstanding. This is why I enjoy collecting them in small amounts.

But Stirling has got my business because Rod and Mandy have devised a soap that is of such high quality that it is amazing to see at around $2/oz for shaving soap and $1/oz for bath soap. This stuff is better on my skin than soap I own that costs 4x as much per ounce. I still keep the triple milled Caswell-Massey sandalwood bars in the guest bathroom but this is what I use for myself.

I did not get into wet shaving until about 6 months ago. Ever since then I have been trying multiple companies to try and find my go to. Stirling has quickly become my go to. While ordering some shaving products I decided to give their soap bar a try, previously I had been using the store bought liquid body wash which is not even real soap but a bunch of chemicals that just smell good and dry out your skin. I love cherry scents so I picked out this bar. When I got it I could instantly smell the amazing scent of black cherries while the bar was still inside the box. I started using the soap with a wash rag in the shower and found that this soap bar lathers up perfectly with a rag and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth all day. I immediately threw out the rest of my families store bought liquid soap and converted my household into a Stirling house. My wife just received the Witchy Woman soap bar and is addicted to the scent. My kids love the strawberry bubbly and I am loving this black cherry bar. My wife and I now share the black charcoal facial bar as well. All Stirling soap bars are massive 5.5 oz bars. I found a soap container on amazon prime that does hold this bar and also has a drain to keep the bar dry. Sodear-LifE, large plastic soap case holder. This case does not snap closed but if you are only using it at home is the perfect solution to prolonging your Stirling soap / facial bar. Give Stirling soap bars a chance and you may convert your household too.

Black Cherry is a great scent that fills the bathroom. I will purchase again.

This soap smells so good and is so moisturizing! It gets so cold and dry where I live during the winter I always struggle with chapped, cracked and bleeding hands due to washing my hand so frequently being a nurse. This soap has kept me from needing to worry about any of that because it keeps my hands moisturized! Sold for life.

I have been using the black cherry shave soap for a few months now and have been very pleased with the performance and scent. I went ahead and tried the black cherry bath soap and I haven't been disappointed. Subtle scent and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. I will be purchasing more bars of this and many other scents of soap from Stirling.

This soap was bought for my wife after she was dissatisfied with another artisan soap that, despite it's great scent, would become overly slimey when wet and would slake off. Stirling Soap is the exact opposite. Black Cherry is a great scent that fills the bathroom and lingers on the skin without leaving residue. It's everything she wanted in a soap and she when I asked her how many stars, she answered with a resounding 5 w/out hesitation!

I have been using Stirling Soaps for a couple years now and I have ordered around 30 different scents or so. However, I always order a couple Black Cherry's because it is my absolute favorite.

I have never ordered a soap that I haven't liked the scent of, and most of the time they all smell great. I got a very nice handwritten note from the owners on the packing slip from my last order. Customer service is always fantastic and all of their soaps are better than any other brand.
