The Bay Rum is great overall, especially the top notes. For years I've been looking for something similar to the old Burt's Bees Bay Rum which was discontinued, and this was the inspiration for trying Stirling. The Stirling Bay Rum is a nice counterpoint to my other favorite, St. John's. If a suggestion could be offered, a bit more of the deeper notes would be a welcome addition, some more woody scent and/or even some patchouli!

This is intense i never have before a bay run cologne that its accurate the name and with an insane potenci for real you can wear this cologne and you can be smelled over long distance this is awesome

I like having the EDT with my shave soap, aftershave and balm. I do this with my other Stirling products. I'm able to extend my scent throughout the day. I'm also able to wear the scent on my non shave days.

I was hoping to find a replacement for Dominica or Grand Bay which are distinctly bay rum. This is more orange than bay rum. It is also a much higher concentration of alcohol, which is a little harsh on my face. The Stirling bay rum witch hazel is more soothing, but also orange. The Stirling bay rum cologne is distinctly bay rum and a must have. It would be great if Stirling could develop a real simple bay rum aftershave with 3 simple ingredients… water, alcohol, and bay oil just like Dominica and Grand Bay.

This smells more like orange than bay rum to me. It does not smell the same as the bay rum cologne, which is distinctly bay rum. That being said, it is a pleasant smell and does not irritate the face. The good news is that does not smell artificial like a lot of products out there. So if you like your Bay run more on the orange side, this is a good fit.

I have tried every bay rum available. Was looking for a replacement for Dominica and Grand Bay aftershaves when I found this cologne. It is definitely a spray cologne, not aftershave. The scent is distinctly true bay rum and stays longer than most.

The perfect scent that lasts just long enough to be worth applying, but not overpowering .
I have definite preferences, some say at 75 I'm set in my way. Well what ever the case, long ago I found Bay Rum was pretty consistent in scent and performance over the years, independent of manufacturers. Well, getting old means that your go to suppliers pass on and you are left searching for replacements. I found Stirling Soap Company back a few years when I lived in Alaska; this Bay Rum is as close to perfection as we can get., and it is consistent across all their products, from Shave Balm to hand soap, shampoo bar , and Eau de Toilette! Stirling Soap Products have proven to be dependable, and the people are friendly and helpful.

Bay Rum is an excellent spicy scent perfectly suited for Fall/Winter but also versatile enough to wear year round.

My favorite scent from Stirling. EDT lasts only 10 minutes before the scent fades.

Awesome awesome scent , just as good or better as those other guys over in Arizona lol and at a great price ! Definitely will buy another bottle if it's always in stock hope an aftershave and soap come out !
