As usual with Stirling soap, performance is top notch. With this one, I personally love the scent, it's a great take of GIT and very well executed.

This scent is what I imagine drinking the best cup of tea of your life while walking through misty Ireland and smelling fresh damp Moss is like... Definitely going to pick up their cologne version later. Highly recommend everyone at least try the sample.

Still have some soap that i purchased from another company, but did seem smooth and effective. Doesn't seem to lather as well, but that might be a learning curve on my part. No razor burn or nicks, which is a good thing.

The scent of this soap is light and pleasant. I actually wished it was a little stronger. Kind of a barber shop type scent. Nice and clean. Performance is top notch. Easy to lather with plenty of slickness. Stirling soaps always perform well for me. Would definitely recommend it.

This was my first foray into Stirling Soap products and has now become my favorite shave soap. It is great in all the ways expected (lather, slickness, scent) but also leaves my skin with no irritation after a shave and pairs well with their post shave balm.

The scent is elegant and masculine, the base performed in an splendid way,I would preferred a stronger scent level in the soap but its get balance when used with the aftershave that has an appropriate scent strenght.

Our great nephew LOVES all three of the shaving soaps. He said it makes his hairs softer so when he uses his razor he gets a closer shave!! Great products

When I learned that there was to be a delay in availability of Sharp Dressed Man, I noticed that my supply was nearly gone. As in less than a teaspoon's worth. Luckily for me, Stirling found their new supply just in time for me to order and the new puck is going right into the old SDM jar. It smells amazing. I learned that it would be slightly different, but it is so close that I am not disappointed at all. I will continue to keep it on the shelf.

This shave soup smells amazing and it also comes from a company. That makes really good shave soaps I highly recommend them if you like using shave soap.

I was kinda nervous buying this again knowing they had some supply issues with the fragrance of this soap and having to find a new one. I was hoping it’s somewhat the same smell as the one I got my brother last Christmas. It came in the mail a couple days ago and did a side-by-side smell test and it’s literally identical to the old one. It’s like if nothing ever happened and I’m real happy they took as much time as they needed to achieve that original sharp dressed man smell.

Lathers well but smells like a tweed jacket to me. Is that good?

Every morning, I have a choice: roll out of bed looking like I just fought a bear, or transform into someone who at least appears to have their life together. Thanks to Stirling's Sharp Dressed Man shave soap, I've been consistently choosing the latter – and my face is thanking me for it.

This soap lets me smell like Cary Grant without having to sell a kidney. The scent is sophisticated and masculine, fresh, woodsy, with subtle hints of something that makes people lean in a little closer during conversations.

Where this soap truly shines is in its lathering ability. I've tried shave soaps that require a 20-minute ritual involving rain water collected during a full moon while chanting ancient Latin phrases. Not this one. With minimal effort, my brush loads enough product to create a rich, slick lather that looks like it belongs in a luxury barbershop advertisement. It's so creamy I briefly considered putting it on toast (don't worry, I resisted).

Bottom line: This soap delivers a luxury shaving experience that would make ZZ Top proud. Every girl may be crazy 'bout a sharp-dressed man, but they're even crazier about one who smells this good and has baby-smooth cheeks to match.

I had never used a shave soap before, I have very sensitive skin, and after looking around I decided to try Stirling because it came highly recommended by the DE shaving community. I really enjoy this soap I always get a really good lather, and shave from it, it is also very slick and makes my skin soft. Overall a very good soap and I look forward to also trying the barbershop soap which I’ve heard is there most popular soap. I’d give this soap a solid 9/10.

This is one of my favorite scents. Only second to Barbershop. The after shave is nice too. Bar soap lost most of its scent after the first use. I cant use it without singing a little ZZ Top every time!

Not really a cologne/scent guy. Don't really know what Irish Tweed smells like, but this is fresh and sort of sweet. The scent doesn't last that long (which I prefer), but it smells extremely nice, and has considerably more fragrance than trumper creams. The soap performs fantastically and lasts forever. Definitely my preferred scent so far!

This shave cream and accompanying aftershave and balm have completely changed my shaving experience. Super slick and comfortable shave and the fragrance is great! I got a couple sample packs to find the right one and my wife immediately chose this one. Stirling has a wide variety of fragrances so I recommend trying their sample pack. Definitely a Stirling guy from here on out!

This is the first shave soap that I purchased from Stirling Soap Company, I went with the full 5.8 ounce shave jar. I basically choose this scent on the description and reviews. This soap exceeded my expectations! Not only is the scent awesome, the quality of the soap itself far superior than any other soap I have ever used. I recently purchased the 5 pack samples of other shave soap scents of which I have tried 2 so far, and they are awsome as well. Looking forward to trying more scents. Bottom line regardless of the scent, Stirling Soap is unsurpassed quality and is simpley the best, in my opinion. Sharp Dressed Man will remain at the top of my favorite list, no doubt. I recommend Sharp Dressed Man.

I purchased the Sharp Dressed Man Shave Soap along with the after shave splash and the cologne! All the are awesome. The shave soap whips up a great lather, the splash compliments the shave and the cologne tops it off. So glad I got all 3!!!
